I dedicate this post to my society.

To live;

Was I born

To live;

Is why I fight for

To live;

Is my right

To live;

Which I will

So please;

Live your life

So please;

Be happy

So please;

Let others live

So please;

Never give up

A quote from the Bhagavad gita

“Everyone is forced to act helplessly according to the qualities he has acquired from the modest of material nature; therefore no one can refrain from doing something, not even for a moment.”

Hands in blood

He held his knife high so that everyone in the room could feel the tension.

An alarming scream came out from a kid who saw the man, blood dripping from the the knife’s handle bar.

“Make it quick” shouted most people who have gathered to watch the execution. Their time was more important than the poor soul’s life.

He heaved the knife and made a clean cut through the neck. Slicing the head of its body and rolling it through the floor. Dark cold blood filling the floor.

Everyone laughed and asked for their share of meat and paid the price they were asked.

When the hyenas finished picking their share of meat. The butcher was left alone in his shop all alone with the lifeless head lying on the floor. Asking him “what did I do to you?”

“I am sorry for what I did. But I have to kill to feed my family.”

“But what about my family?” The head asked.

The butcher left silent, closed the shop and went back home. He had to come back tomorrow to kill another poor soul just to satisfy the ruthless predators hunger and fill his little children’s belly.

A classic – Horatius by Thomas Babington

Then out spake brave Horatius,
The Captain of the gate:
‘To every man upon this earth
Death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better
Than facing fearful odds,
For the ashes of his fathers,
And the temples of his Gods,

‘And for the tender mother
Who dandled him to rest,
And for the wife who nurses
His baby at her breast,
And for the holy maidens
Who feed the eternal flame,
To save them from false Sextus
That wrought the deed of shame?

May God bless you, my friends

Ps: I only took the lines I thought that I needed to share it with you.
